Yes. A subscription belongs to your HSE HUB account, not to a device, which is what lets it work on the website and in the iOS and Android apps at the same time. Sign in with Google, Apple, or an emailed code; it takes a moment.
Website subscriptions: open the practice page and tap "Manage plan". App Store subscriptions: your Apple ID subscription settings. Google Play subscriptions: Google Play, then Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
Yes, as long as you sign in with the same account. The website reads the same subscription record the app created, so there is nothing more to pay.
Yes. Open the HSE HUB app, sign in with the same account (Google, Apple or your email) and Pro unlocks. Do not buy it again in the app; if you are signed in with the right account, the app will not offer it.
If both use the same email address, yes: they are linked into one account. If Apple hid your email, sign in the same way on both devices so Pro follows you.
Apple and Google set their own price points and add tax in your country. The website charges the prices shown here in UAE dirhams through Stripe; your card issuer converts if you pay in another currency.
