1Who we are

HSE HUB is a NeuraSafe brand, operated by NeuraSafe FZC LLC. NeuraSafe FZC LLC runs the website and the apps, sells HSE HUB Pro, and is the party you make this agreement with. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean NeuraSafe FZC LLC, and “HSE HUB” means the website hsehub.org (also reachable at resources.usmanjamilcsp.com) and the HSE HUB apps for iOS and Android.

2Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply to the website and to both apps. By using HSE HUB, creating an account or buying HSE HUB Pro, you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy and to our Legal Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use HSE HUB.

If you use the iOS app, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, these terms apply to the extent Apple allows. Apple is not responsible for HSE HUB or its content.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the country where you live.

3Who can use HSE HUB

You must be 16 or over to use HSE HUB. HSE HUB is made for safety professionals and people preparing for safety certification. It is not aimed at children.

4Your account

• You can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a code we email to you.
• Give accurate details and keep access to your sign-in method to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• An account is for one person. Do not share, sell or transfer it.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete my account) or on the deletion page.

5What HSE HUB offers

Open to everyone

Toolbox talks, safety posters, calculators, Question of the Day and the resource library (except the ASP and CSP study guides) are free. You can also answer 10 practice questions a day without a subscription.

HSE HUB Pro

HSE HUB Pro is a paid subscription. It adds unlimited practice, 25 and 50 question sets, domain drills, the full mock exam, Career Preparation (CV audit and interview practice, with a daily limit) and the ASP and CSP study guide downloads.

We may change, add or remove features. If we withdraw a paid feature during a period you have paid for, we will refund the unused part of that period.

6HSE HUB Pro subscriptions

• Plans and prices. On the website: AED 50 a month, or AED 135 every 3 months. In the App Store and Google Play: AED 49.99 a month, or AED 134.99 every 3 months. Store prices may vary by country. The price and billing period are shown before you pay.
• Tax. Prices on the website include applicable taxes. Tax is calculated by Stripe from your billing address (Stripe Tax).
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price then in force, until you cancel. For App Store and Google Play subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
• How to cancel. Website: Practice > Manage plan, which opens Stripe’s customer portal. iPhone and iPad: your Apple ID subscription settings. Android: Google Play → Subscriptions. After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Deleting your account cancels a website subscription, but not an App Store or Google Play one.
• Price changes. We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies. Apple and Google also tell you about price changes to store subscriptions.
• Refunds for website purchases. If you ask within 14 days of your first website payment, we will refund it in full, with no questions asked. Email support@neurasafe.io. This also covers the 14-day cancellation right consumers have in the UK and the EU. Renewals are not refunded, except where the law requires.
• Refunds for store purchases. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies. Please ask them directly.
• Returning-subscriber offer. If you paid for Pro before and then cancelled or let it end, we may offer you 50% off for 3 months. The offer is for previous paying subscribers only and can be used once per account. After the 3 months the normal price applies. On the App Store, Apple decides who is eligible for its version of the offer.
• Personal tuition. Pro includes a 1:1 video call with Usman Jamil (CSP, CMIOSH) each calendar month, of the length shown on the Pro screen (30 minutes unless stated otherwise), about the ASP and CSP exams only: exam strategy, his experience, a review of your progress on HSE HUB and your exam questions. Calls are booked on WhatsApp at a time that suits both of you, are subject to reasonable availability, do not roll over to the next month and end when Pro ends. Tuition is general study guidance; it is not affiliated with or endorsed by BCSP and does not guarantee a pass.
• Referral and discount codes. A code may credit the HSE HUB team member who referred you, and may give a stated discount for a stated number of months to an account that has never paid for Pro. One code per account; it cannot be changed after you subscribe. After the discounted months the normal price applies. Codes have no cash value, cannot be combined with the returning-subscriber offer, and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting a discount already applied. On the App Store the discount is redeemed through Apple's offer code page.
• One person, every device. A subscription belongs to your HSE HUB account. It works on the website and in the apps wherever you sign in with that account. It is for one person and must not be shared.
• Payments. Website payments are handled by Stripe, and app payments by Apple or Google. We never see or store your card details.

7Acceptable use

• Do not try to get around sign-in, daily limits or the subscription, or probe or attack HSE HUB’s security.
• Do not use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy or download content.
• Do not share your account or your Pro access with anyone else.
• Do not upload anything harmful, unlawful or someone else’s personal data without their permission.
• Do not disrupt HSE HUB for other people.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. If we close an account with a paid subscription for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of the period.

8Content and intellectual property

The practice questions, explanations, study guides and other study material are original works written by Usman Jamil, CSP, CMIOSH, and published by NeuraSafe FZC LLC, unless clearly credited otherwise. They are protected by copyright.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study. You may print toolbox talks and posters for use in your own workplace. You may not copy, resell, republish, mirror or bulk-download the material, or use it to build a competing product.

“ASP”, “CSP” and “BCSP” are trademarks of the Board of Certified Safety Professionals. HSE HUB is unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by BCSP. See the Legal Disclaimer.

9AI features

• Career Preparation uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to review your CV and run practice interviews. Its output is AI-generated and can be wrong. It is not professional career, legal or immigration advice. Check anything important before you rely on it.
• Toolbox talks and posters are drafted with AI assistance. Each one is reviewed and approved by a Chartered Safety Professional (CSP, CMIOSH) before it is published. They are general guidance. They do not replace your employer’s procedures, risk assessments or advice from a competent person.

10No guarantee

HSE HUB is a study aid. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. Practice scores are not a prediction of your real result. We work hard to keep the material accurate, but errors can happen, and HSE HUB is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Your statutory rights are not affected.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, NeuraSafe FZC LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, income, opportunity or data, arising from your use of HSE HUB. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for HSE HUB Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the country where you live.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. If a change matters to you, for example a change to how subscriptions work, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel and stop using HSE HUB.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled by the courts of the United Arab Emirates. This does not take away any right you have under the law of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
